What we don't do:

Yes. Every helper signs the same waiver before they touch the car — you'll get a link to send them when you finish booking. Under-18s can watch from outside the bay line, but they can't work.

45 minutes before your slot ends we text you. If the bay behind you is free, one tap adds an hour at the same rate. If it isn't, you hear that then rather than at the end.

Job genuinely dead? Overnight storage is $55 a night and the car stays on the lift.

That's what the vehicle questions are for — lowered cars, EVs, heavy trucks and rusty rockers all change how we set the arms.

If it can't be raised safely once we look together, the visit ends there and we refund the unused time. No fee.
