What's included with the bay?

The lift, the space, and the everyday tools. You bring parts and fluids.

    What we don't do:

    Can I bring a friend to help?

    Yes. Every helper signs the same waiver at the counter before they touch the car — it only takes a minute. Under-18s can watch from outside the bay line, but they can't work.

    What if I run over my time?

    Tell us before your slot ends. If the bay behind you is free, you add an hour at the same rate and carry on. If it isn't, you hear that straight away rather than at the end.

    Job genuinely dead? Overnight storage is $55 a night and the car stays on the lift.

    What if my car can't be lifted safely?

    That's what the vehicle questions are for — lowered cars, EVs, heavy trucks and rusty rockers all change how we set the arms.

    If it can't be raised safely once we look together, the visit ends there and we refund the unused time. No fee.

    When do you charge my card?

    A $25 deposit holds the bay — the rest is paid at the shop, for the time you actually used. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the deposit comes back.
